Finally! The revised Rural Residential Zoning ordinance is now available on line. I wonder if the numerous phone call and emails ti City and County officials had any influence?
(Note, all other Annexation material on the city's website still has the previous Rural Residential Zoning designations - 1 du per 2.5 acres, 1per acre if City Water Sewer available; 2 per acre in both available. THIS INFORMATION IS NOW VOID)

The first copy of this Bill No. 2009-12 that I received clearly identified that the ordinance was introduced by Councilor(s) Wurzburger and Bushee (lines 4 and 5 of the document). However that introduction credit seems to have been deleted from the version that appears on line at the City web site. Has something changed here? Do these Council woman no longer want to be directly identified as the designers of this fraud?
